| Booking an Appointment: To book an appointment, you may book online at anytime or you can call our receptionist during normal business hours and someone will be able to assist you. Credit cards are requested from all new clients to secure an appointment. |

Booking Online: We offer online booking for existing clients only. You will need to first obtain a client ID# and password during your next visit to the salon in order to access the online booking system. If you have already received your login information and would like to book an appointment online, please click here. Please note that your e-mail address is your client ID# and your password is your last name. |

Online Booking Procedures: 1. choose the type of service you desire. Always book color first. 2. if you booked a haircut in step 1, go to step 3. If you booked color in step 1, choose your second service (Haircut or Blow Dry - not included in color prices) 3. choose your stylist 4. choose the date/time you desire 5. click "Find Available Appointments" 6. choose from the available appointments and click "book" Please remember to update your contact information. |

| Late Arrivals: We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. If you know that you are going to be late, we kindly ask that you call ahead so that we can better assess the situation. |

Cancellations: Please view your invididual stylist's cancellation policy. Cancellations cannot be made online. They must be made by speaking with a receptionist or by leaving a message on the salon voicemail. |

Payment for Services and Products: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and cash are accepted. |

Refunds: Stilisti does not extend refunds on services rendered. Products may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with a receipt. |

Tipping: Tips are provided in cash or you may write a personal check directly to your Stylist. We are unable to process gratuities with credit cards. To view tipping guidelines, please click here. |

| Wedding & Special Events Off Premises: A deposit of 50% is required when making your appointment and a 20% gratuity is added to all wedding day/special event services. Deposits are non refundable for appointments cancelled within 4 weeks of the event date. No show appointments will be billed the remaining 50% of the service booked. |

We ask that you disrobe from the waist up and change into the robe provided. Stilisti cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by hair color, etc.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged valuables.
Due to products and hair, floor may become slippery.
Coffee and tea can be very hot, please use caution.
This environment contains many factors that can be dangerous for children. In the event that you must bring your child into the salon, please keep your children seated with you at all times. No running, yelling, hanging from chairs, sofas, windows, etc. For the safety and comfort of everyone, children under 12 are discouraged unless they are receiving a service.
We also require all ringers of cell phones and pagers to be silenced upon entering Stilisti and that necessary conversations be kept to a level that is respectful to our other guests.
When possible we will attempt to feed your parking meter. Stilisti is not responsible for any parking tickets incurred when we provide this courtesy.
We will make every effort to confirm all appointments, if you do not receive a confirmation call, please check your file online or give us a call.
No pets are allowed in the salon due to Massachusetts State Law.

Model Call: We are always looking for people to sit as models for our Stylist training sessions, which enable our aspiring Stylists to train to earn a position on our team. Training sessions are every Tuesday night and run for about 1-2 hours. Our salon's educational directors supervise all cutting and color work. If you would like a free haircut as a model, please contact us. There is no fee for haircuts. Color sessions require a $30 fee when available. |
